If you need to take your child out of school for any reason, you need to complete a ‘Leave of Absence Application’, these can be found on our ‘Letters and Forms‘ page.
Simply download the form, complete it and return it to school, either via email enquiries@branstonjunioracademy.co.uk or direct to school.
If your request is relating to a medical appointment, please provide a copy of the appointment attached to the Leave of Absence Application.
