Remote Education

If remote education is required, we use Microsoft Teams as our online learning platform.

Our remote education structure includes:

  • 9am online registration with the class teacher (all children not in school are expected to attend)
  • Daily lessons posted on the Teams platform
  • Opportunities throughout the day to check in with the class teacher, who is there to offer support, answer questions and provide feedback or additional learning opportunities
  • Scheduled weekly check-in meetings to discuss progress and achievement

For pupils who do not have access to a computer or suitable device or do not have internet access, Branston Junior Academy can offer support and provide resources to allow you child to access the learning as effectively as possible.
